Packaging

Gift wrapping is complimentary. All items are carefully wrapped in Sissy Yates Designs jewelry boxes.

Shipping

All packages are shipped via USPS Priority 2-Day or Express Overnight (please make selection at checkout) unless otherwise specified.
Most orders ship within 5-7 business days, however some may take additional time as each piece is made-to-order. Please note we cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to weather or unforeseen circumstances after a package has left our studio and has been processed by USPS.

Returns

We accept website returns within 7 days of product receipt for a full refund (minus shipping costs).

Exchange

We accept exchanges within 30 days of product purchase.

Sale

All sale items are final sale.

All custom orders are final sale.

Fine Jewelry

Most are one-of-a-kind and therefore non refundable.

Trunk Show Purchases

Only refundable in the form of store credit minus the fees paid to a particular charity. To return your jewelry, please ship back in our original jewelry boxes to the following address:

Repair Policy

We will complimentary repair any item purchased within a year through sissyyatesdesigns.com or proof of receipt from a trunk show. Any items over the one year limit will be charged $25.00 an hour for labor and material costs. We do not support products that have been purchased from a non-authorized Sissy Yates Designs retailer.
